Goldcity has its own Management company.
For us property managemenet means to maintain properties as homes and to deal with each situation quickly and eagerly. We do our best so that home owners enjoy their investments. We provide a wide range of services even with private preferences. Each unit owner pays yearly maintenance fee in accordance with the decision of the elected Council of Owners’ Board.
Yearly maintenance fee includes the following services:
- 24 hrs Reception
- 24 hrs Secuity
- 24 hrs Emergency call
- Owners’ office (year around) and Owners’ desk (summer season)
- Unoccupied property check upon request
- Maintenance of common pools
- Beach shuttle
- Maintenance of gardens (including private gardens)
- Lighting of common areas
- Insurance of common areas
- Generator
- Wi-fi in each unit
- Maintenance and repair of common areas
- Maintenance of elevators
- Pest-control and spraying against insects in common areas
Besides, Goldcity provides the following service and the owners can use them for free:
- Spa (massages and treatments are with with extra charge)
- Mini Club (4-12 y.o.)
- Daily and night animation activities
- Entrance to disco club
- Cinema
- Entrance to Goldcity beach
- Sunbeds on the beach and sunbeds + umbrellas on the pool areas
